Today i went to run! yes the morning run which people occasionally do when they think about "getting-back-in-shape" .. Well I have been doing this for years now.. I mean occasional stroll on streat or in park.. But this time I am doing it fairly regularly like 2-3 times a week. BTW i have registered for mumbai marathon and to cross that 22k line i "NEED" to run.. !! Chao!
