Couldn't run yesterday as it was raining. Today I woke up at 5:40AM and freshened up and got all the gears on me, i.e. iPod, HR monitor, Garmin 305 and my nike+ shoes and went out on the roads at 5:55AM.
Garmin took 5 mins to catch the signal and set the workout. I started with goal of running 44 mins at 6:30min/Km but half-way point i thought to do some core workout at home than run the whole 44 mins.
So in the end I ran for 29 mins and covered 4 KM (3.5km at pace of 6:20 and rest at pace of 10:00.
