30 - Day challenge for November 2011


     
      30 day challenge for this month is going vegan. I will abstain from eating following things for 30 days


  • Meat of any kind 
  • Milk and milk products
  • Poultry products
  • Anything else that comes directly from animals.

          This will be a new learning experience for me. I have never gone so long without eating chicken / mutton or eggs. Doing this will probably help in losing some weight as I will also be eating real food(veggies and lots of fruits). I shall keep taking protein supplements as heavy weight training will need that. I weigh around 75kg at the moment, and need to lose at least 10kg to get into some kind of shape. This vegan diet seems to be the right way to do it. This doesn't mean I have to starve myself, I will eat lots of veggies and fruits during this time.
