Earlier this month I started a challenge to go vegan for a month. A plan almost bulletproof.. But just 10 days into the challenge and I have eaten everything that I shouldn't have. Well It all started with day 2 in the challenge, I got sick probably because of the changing weather. I was down with cold and sore throat and then fever all in 2 days. I still haven't recovered. When I get sick, it always follows with acute depression. And when I am depressed I tend to break all the rules. I ate chicken / Eggs and milk the next day (there goes it down the drain).
Still I thought, Hey its just one day I can still get back on the horse. But I couldn't, it was like someone else was pulling my strings and making me do things. So out of 10 days I have broken vegan rules at least 7 days. Now I have decided to change the vegan rules a little, now its just no meat/chicken/egg for the rest of the month or as many days I can. Now I don't have any plan. Eating only foods that don't have meat / eggs in them is the challenge. I will live the next 20 days without any goals. Just guidelines there is nothing to complete just to get on with life and enjoy it as it comes.
