Amazing morning rides. I am on a five day streak now. This is the longest streak I have ever done as far as I remember. And it feels awesome. I rode on all 5 weekdays and now planning to get in a long ride tomorrow (sat 19 Nov). I want to do at least 100kms every week on bike. On weekdays I don't get much time so can just avg between 12-17kms depending on when I get up. Doing cycling workout is actually helping me with concentration and energy levels though out the days. I don't feel lethargic or tired and remain in high spirits. Probably I should start running in the evenings too. Not so much as running but light jogging for 20-30 minutes might help me with sound sleep. But no more trying to do too much shall take it one at a time.
