Morning Ride 05-Dec-2011

    Did not do any cardio workout in last 4 days. Actually its the first Cardio workout of December. I was a lazy bum over the weekend. Dreamt about half-century rides on sat and Sunday but did not attempt on either day. Laziness got the best of me. Decided to do a very slow ride in the morning and thats exactly what happened. Started out very slow and kept the pace around 17/18kmph. Was looking at the HR all the time, did not want it to be more than 150. In the end avg HR was just 138. 
    It was not exhausting ride by any means. I hate to do this small rides. I should be waking up early and at least do a 20-25km ride. I will need at lease 70 - 80mins to complete that distance. I need to wake up very early to make that happen. Waking up at almost 5 A.M. will give me that amount of time. I will try that strategy next week and see the results if they agree with me. Also there was a little bit of incident on the road my shoe-lace got stuck in the crank. Need to make sure that my shoe-laces are secure. Also bike seems to be creaking a little and handle is also little lose. Need to repair it from professionals.
