30 Day challenge for March 2012

I wanted to do 30-days without TV/Movies but it will be very difficult and I am not ready to take it on yet. So this month, I don't have a 30-day challenge. Although I have started on leangain diet (16-hour fast and 8-hour feeding/eating period). I was at 71.3kg when I started it on March 5,2012. I feel very light and can see some fatloss, although I am not sure how much muscle loss is there. There has not been any change in strength though (My benchpress and Squats have not decreased). My waist size is down now below 32inch now :). 4kg lost since Jan 15,2012.
