Finally my very good friend and roommate has decided to tie the knot. I am very happy for him but also sad that soon I will lose him. Anyways he is getting married in June 2, 2012. And I have decided to be in my best shape for his marriage. I am currently weighing at 72kg (As of this morning Feb 29, 2012). To be my absolute best I need to shed at lease 7kg in next 3 months. Really possible target, as I have managed to lose 3.5kg in last 1 and half months. I am confident of this target.
Diet :-
- Eat around 1700 calories each day.
- Low in carb and high in protein.
- Lots of green vegetables and fruits.
- No Pizza and very rarely Biryani's.
Exercise :-
- Continue strength and resistance training @ Gym.
- Start running in the morning and walking in the evening (around 30 and 45 mins respectively).
- Move as much as I can.
This is the basic approach to complete my target. I shall keep a food diary from 1 - March till 31 - May, will help me determine where I am getting it wrong. Also journal the whole experiment, so I can refer it in future. It will be like a documentary but only for my eyes :P
